NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY SEASONAL LOOK

The festive season is now officially upon us, which is really great, because let’s be honest: who doesn’t love Christmas time? This is that period of the year when you get to dress up your favourite outfits, wear your best make-up and be a little bit more experimental and more dramatic. It’s winter, so we need to add a bit more colour and charm to our festivity spirits and fun.

And what better way to close this joyful time then an unforgettable New Year’s Eve party? Preparations must definitely run, since this long awaited moment is right here around the corner, so we decided to provide you three fancy beautiful New Year’s Eve party dresses to wear with the latest trends of the season full Gucci make-up looks.

Follow these simple steps and choose the one you like the most and wait with style for the 2015 to come!
STEP 1: THE MAKE-UP BASE

Common to all of the looks we want to guide you in order to build the looks to it best. In order to fulfil this need, you might want to start by applying the Perfecting Lightweight Moisturizer by Gucci using your hands and blending this wonderful hydrating and conditioning lotion that boosts moisture and plumps the skin. Applied after cleansing and toning, the moisturizer creates a smooth base for makeup application.
By using your fingertips apply Silk Priming Serum by Gucci to your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin to prepare the complexion for flawless makeup application, creating a remarkable silk effect. Now that you have built the make-up base you might wonder what is going to make it look special. For this look all we aim to, are the eyes. In fact you’ll see a very rich eyes’ coloration that will capture your attention more than the lips themselves.
Take Gucci’s Powder Liquid Liner to define the eye with a clean line of saturated black color. The innovative nib applicator features a protected fiber core, designed for precise control and remarkable versatility. By combining the high intensity black pigment and the precision applicator, a dramatic long-lasting glossy finish is achieved. Start applying it from the outer corner of the eye and apply it inwards along the lash line.
Let’s now give shape to the look. Using the Shadow Brush 23 by Gucci gently apply the Gucci’s Magnetic Color Shadow Mono - Iconic Ottanio and shimmer it all over your upper eyelid and right underneath the lower lash line under the line you drew few minutes ago with the Powder Liquid Liner.
After curling your lashes with a common lash curler, apply the Opulent Volume Mascara - Iconic Black by Gucci to define and frame the eye using exclusive brush technology for exceptional separation and volume. The lightweight, sculptable formula rapidly builds volume, while the cutting edge brush design ensures the product works across various lash types to emphasize eyes for a powerful, lasting impression. Apply it with a rolling motion, starting from the top of the lash and then rolling the wand upwards to separate and build volume.

Walking our way to the perfect look for this party season, we decided to work backwards with this second make-up. In fact, unlike the first one, we decided to give more strength to the lips as well, making them glow in a very festive strong shade.
Starting from the outer corner of the eyes, apply Gucci’s Magnetic Color Shadow Mono - Sunstone all over your eyelid and make it fade towards the inner corner of the eyes. Apply it by using the Shadow Brush 23 by Gucci and give a little stroke of the same product underneath the lower lash line.
Take the Opulent Volume Mascara - Cocoa by Gucci and apply it in rolling motions all over the upper lashes and over the lower lashes with tiny little vertical strokes. This wonderful product defines and frames the eye using exclusive brush technology for exceptional separation and volume.
Once again, take Gucci’s Sleek Contouring Lip Pencil - Wild Amarena and to define lips and create a balanced shape. Blend onto the full lip with the built-in brush to create a color foundation for Gucci lipsticks, which is exactly the next step. By using Gucci’s Lip Brush 31 fill in the lips with the Audacious Color-Intense Lipstick - Wild Amarena by Gucci. This retro inspired with a modern feel product grips the lips for bold, saturated color. The lipstick’s innovative formula contains a mix of waxes and resin for a sophisticated, weightless finish. Going further with preparations here we meet our last make-up proposal for this New Year’s Eve. Covered under the fireworks sky blanket this  wonderful sparkling festivity must need a bright touch of red, mustn’t it?
Take Gucci’s Magnetic Color Shadow Mono - Iconic Gold and apply it by using the Shadow Brush 23 by Gucci covering the eyes in circular motion, up and out the eyelid starting from the outer corner of the eye and blending it in towards the inner corner of the eye itself. When the brush is almost unloaded, give some little strokes underneath the lower lash line starting again from the outer corner to the inner corner of the eye in order to create a little bit of shadow underneath the eyes that will give you the most dramatic look.
Now take Gucci’s Opulent Volume Mascara - Iconic Black and using its brush horizontally stroke the upper lashes with a rolling motion, starting from the top of the lash and then rolling the wand upwards to separate and give volume to the lashes themselves.
Once more, define and reshape your lips contour with Gucci’s Sleek Contouring Lip Pencil - Iconic Red and then blend in the line you just drew with its brush to create the perfect base for the lipstick to come. Now take the Lip Brush 31 by Gucci and apply Gucci’s Audacious Color Intense Lipstick - Iconic Red inside the shape you gave to your lips with the Lip Pencil and give them a glossy finish making them strongly shine to complete this wonderful look.
